Lowfat Mashed Cauliflower

Method

1. Steam cauliflower about 9 minutes or until tender. Remove from steamer and place on paper towels and pat dry to remove most of the moisture.
2. Place cauliflower in food processor and pulse a few times to coarsly chop.
3. Add nutritional yeast, thyme, chives and garlic powder to cauliflower. Pulse a few times to mix. Scrape down the sides of the food processor with a spatula if needed.
4. Turn the food processor on and continue to blend. Add small amounts (teaspoonfuls at a time) of plant milk until the mixture reaches the "mashed potato" consistency you like.
